Is the villa all-inclusive?
Yes. Your stay includes a daily tropical Costa Rican breakfast, daily housekeeping, and a 24/7 concierge who plans and books your activities throughout your trip in La Fortuna.
What's included in a stay?
Daily breakfast, daily housekeeping, and full concierge service — chefs, hot springs, transport, tours, and activities, all arranged for you. Tell us what you'd like and we take care of it.
Is the villa suitable for large groups?
Yes. Villa Amara is designed for groups — six ensuite bedrooms and generous shared living spaces for families, friends, retreats, and celebrations.
How many people can stay?
Up to sixteen guests across six bedrooms — four king rooms and two queen rooms with additional bunk beds.
Are all bedrooms ensuite?
Yes. All six bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes — the villa has full air conditioning throughout.
How does the concierge work?
A dedicated team supports you before and during your stay — daily breakfast and housekeeping, plus chefs, hot springs, transport, tours, and planning. Tell us what you'd like and we arrange it.
How do I check availability?
Use the availability calendar to see open dates — it stays in sync with the villa's bookings — then send your dates and guest count through the quote request. We reply with a personalised quote.
Why are prices not shown?
Every stay is different — group size, dates, and the experiences you'd like all shape it. We prepare a clear, personalised quote so you only see what's relevant to your trip.
Is the villa close to town?
Yes — downtown La Fortuna is about three minutes away by car.
Is payment handled online?
Not yet. For now we confirm your dates and quote directly. Online booking and payment are coming soon.
